Delivery Information

PhoneCase.co.za allows you to choose which delivery method you want to use. We work together with Dawn Wing couriers to offer you the fastest and most reliable delivery service to your address in all major cities, and townships in South Africa. We also make use of the SA Post Office should you be located in a smaller South African town, farm and or outlying area. When you make a purchase from PhoneCase.co.za we always make sure to supply you with a tracking number and a link to where that tracking number can be traced so that you can track the progress of the delivery of your item at any time. Should you encounter any issues regarding your delivery please contact us at info@phonecase.co.za.

Estimated Delivery Time in South Africa

Main Centers: 24 - 48 Hours

Towns/ Regional Areas: 3 - 4 Working Days

International Deliveries: 50 - 60 Working Days

Tracking Orders

Once an order has been placed and payed for we will send you an email with the order details and the tracking number. We will also notify you via SMS message about the tracking details of your order.

  • For SA Post Office tracking visit the SA Post Office Tracking Tools and enter your tracking number
  • For Dawn Wing courier service tracking visit the Dawn Wing main website and enter your tracking number

Please allow up to 24 hours after collection of your item has commenced for the tracking number to reflect it’s delivery status.

Shipping & Other Charges International Orders

PhoneCase.co.za may ship products from overseas suppliers, if so you will be notified in the product description. In the case that this applies to the item you would like to purchase please continue reading.

Your item will be shipped from our overseas partner's warehouse to you. You can request to cancel your order through email within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 50 business days for major cities and up to 55 days for other areas, but please allow up to 60 days for delivery.


If you have not received your order after 60 business days, then please read our note below on customs clearance or contact us and we will try and trace your parcel for you. If your parcel is not traceable, we will fully refund you.


Customs clearance
You may be charged VAT or customs for packages entering the country. In the event that you are charged, you will be liable for 100% of the cost. The delivery times above do not include any time that the customs office may hold your package. If you have not received your order after these allowed periods, please check to see if your customs office is holding it. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process.
