If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. If faulty a new product may be exchanged for another product.


To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 3 days
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from PhoneCase.

Shipping & Other Charges International Orders may ship products from overseas suppliers, if so you will be notified in the product description. In the case that this applies to the item you would like to purchase please continue reading.

Your item will be shipped from our overseas partner's warehouse to you. You can request to cancel your order through email within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 50 business days for major cities and up to 55 days for other areas, but please allow up to 60 days for delivery.

If you have not received your order after 60 business days, then please read our note below on customs clearance or contact us and we will try and trace your parcel for you. If your parcel is not traceable, we will fully refund you.

Customs clearance
You may be charged VAT or customs for packages entering the country. In the event that you are charged, you will be liable for 100% of the cost. The delivery times above do not include any time that the customs office may hold your package. If you have not received your order after these allowed periods, please check to see if your customs office is holding it. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process.


Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
