1. How do I know that making a purchase from PhoneCase.co.za is safe?

We use a reputable South African payment gateway called PayFast, which means that your payment is processed securely by PayFast.co.za. We don’t store any of your credit card information on our site or server at all; your credit card information is fully secure. Additionally, we are a COSMIBIZ INVESTMENTS PTY LTD family brand; COSMIBIZ INVESTMENTS PTY LTD is a fully registered South African company with Registration number 2009/003689/07 and VAT registration number 409027679. 2. What if I don’t have a credit card, or I choose not to use my credit card for buying online, what can I do to make a payment?

We accept EFT and direct bank deposits as valid forms of payment. Cheques are not accepted.

Please note:

  • For EFT or direct bank deposits we do not accept cheques.
  • You first need to place an order with us via the PhoneCase.co.za website first before making payment. This will allow us issue you with an order number that you can use as a reference on your transaction.
  • You need to provide us with proof of payment by sending us the proof of payment to info@phonecase.co.za
  • Only once the payment has been cleared will we release the order for processing.

 

3. Are your prices VAT inclusive?

All the prices on PhoneCase.co.za are inclusive of VAT.

4. What is meant by ‘Working Days’?

A working day is from Monday to Friday; Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days.

5. I have a question about a product on PhoneCase.co.za, how can I contact you?

6. Does PhoneCase.co.za charge a delivery fee for items purchased; if so, why isn’t it displayed?

We do charge a delivery fee for items. The reason why we don’t display the delivery fees is because delivery charges are determined by where a parcel has to ship to in South Africa and those variables are subject to user input.

7. Do you ship directly to me or must I collect my order from the post office?

We ship anywhere and everywhere in South Africa, directly to the address you provide us with. We also ship to farms, rural areas and townships, but this service does tend to cost more using a courier service; you can choose the SA post office delivery method which is a standard rate anywhere in South Africa but there are no guarantees on the amount of time the package will take to arrive at your local post office and you will have to collect your parcel from your local SA Post Office.

8. Can you tell me exactly which day I will receive my item?

a.) Courier Delivery Service

If you choose to have your item/s delivered to you via the courier service the usual waiting time is 1 -3 working days; although, this may vary depending on where in South Africa your parcel is being delivered.

b.) SA Post Office Delivery

SA post office delivery usually occurs within 7 working days but may take up to 14 working days to arrive at your local post office. We cannot guarantee the exact time that you will receive your item should you choose to have your parcel delivered with SAPO.

9. Do you have a specific item in stock?

If a specific item is out of stock it will show that the item is out of stock on the website. Any item that is indicated as being out of stock on PhoneCase.co.za will not be able to be purchased until we receive new stock of that item.

10. What guarantee do I have that my order will be delivered?

We are a COSMIBIZ INVESTMENTS PTY LTD family brand; COSMIBIZ INVESTMENTS PTY LTD is a registered South African company with registration number 2009/003689/07 and VAT number 4290270679. 11. My item is not what I ordered or has been delivered damaged. What now?

Your order will arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition and it will be what you ordered. Should your order arrive damaged or should it not be what you ordered you have a 72-hour window period to contact us to arrange a return or a replacement. In the event that you contact us after the 72-hour set window returns or replacement period you will not be eligible to return the product except if it is an incorrect item that was delivered by PhoneCase.co.za. Note that using or opening an item may void this returns policy.

12. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

In the event that you have forgotten your login details you can Click Account at the top right of the PhoneCase.co.za website, then click on the “Lost your password?” link. You will then be directed to the “lost your password page” where you will be prompted to enter your username or email address. Once you have entered your email address click reset password; an email will be sent to you will from us with a link to reset your password (if you do not receive an email, please check your spam/Junk folder). Click the link in the email and enter you’re your new password when requested to do so. Note: The password reset link sent to you by us will no longer be valid after an hour.
